You cycle from Innsbruck to Innsbruck in four days. Via Pfitscherjochhaus on the border of Italy. The Durrensteinhutte in South Tyrol. On day three you set course for Fortezza via Naturpark Fanes Sennes. On the last day you cycle via the Brenner Grenzkamm to Innsbruck. A distance of over 400 km and almost 10,000 meters of altitude. Including some fantastic mountain passes and gravel roads.

The routes are tough! Keep in mind that you will be on the bike all day. On most days you can choose from several routes. The routes differ in distance and elevation gain. Below you will find the program.

Day 1
Arrival in Innsbruck

Day 2:
On day 2 you will spend the night in the Pfitscherjochhaus at an altitude of over 2200 meters. The approach from Innsbruck is easy. We cycle through the valley towards Mayerhofen on quiet cycle paths. Once in Mayerhofen, the climbing begins. After passing the Schlegeisspeicher dam, you start the last part of the route. The climb to the Pfitscherjochhaus. The last 5 km of this ride will require a lot of walking!
Ride: 108 km (2000 hm's) – Innsbruck-Pfitscherjochhaus

Day 3:
You cross the border via the Pfitscherjoch/Passo di Vizze (2,276m). In this part of Italy the streets, towns and cities have double names. Then again, this area was in the hands of German speakers and later the Italian speakers were in charge again. In some parts of South Tyrol, more German is spoken than Italian. Not a lot of gravel on this day, but a fantastic route that ends on top of Prato Piazza at the Dürrensteinhütte, where you will spend the night.
Ride: 126 km (2120 hm's) – Pfitscherjochhaus-Dürrensteinhütte

Day 4:
The day starts with a phenomenal view over the mountain peaks. Breakfast in the Dürrensteinhütte is a gift! A beautiful descent on gravel roads marks the start of day 4. You descend to set a course for Fanes-Sennes Nature Park. Day four is the longest day. And your legs will probably hurt towards the top of Passo delle Erbe. After the Passo delle Erbe, one more climb to our beautiful finish spot: Hotel Masl in Vals.
Ride: 129 km (2960 hm's) – Dürrensteinhütte-Vals

Day 5:
On day four you cycle back to Innsbruck with nostalgia in your heart. All good things come to an end. But it will also be one day of enjoying the beauty that South Tyrol has to offer. A gentle approach via Fortezza and Vipiteno takes you to the Brenner Grenzkamm. The Brenner Grenzkamm takes you towards Innsbruck. At the bottom of the valley you can see the hustle and bustle on the Brenner Pass. Awesome! After a well-deserved overnight stay in Innsbruck, the adventure comes to an end and everyone will travel home.
Ride: 119 km (2450 hm's) – Vals-Innsbruck

Day 6
Departure from Innsbruck for home.

For Gravel Dolomites we expect you to be in excellent shape. Participants must be able to cycle 80-100 km every day with 2,000-3,000 meters of elevation. This requires good preparation. In addition, you must of course be adventurous!
